Summary
Join us as the Director of Partnerships, overseeing partnership strategy, planning, execution, and optimization, supporting product, marketing, and sales teams to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 6+ years proven experience in partner management or a related role
- Excellent customer/account relations track record
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful campaign execution
- Familiarity with necessary software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics tools, project and account management solutions, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internal and external
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with the ability to work across all facets of the business (e.g., engineering, marketing, sales, executive management)
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
- Creative problem solver with a passion for creating, maintaining, and growing relationships
- Ability to negotiate effectively and to be able to convey importance of prioritization against mutual benefits
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new partner strategies that drive revenue, retention, and integration goals in line with company objectives
- Leverage existing client/partner relationships to expand revenue
- Research subject matter expertise over partnerships best practices, trends, and opportunities to grow revenue (events, networking, etcβ¦)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: integrated team relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, and AM; Maximize the full breath of TW capabilities and product offerings
- Analytics & Reporting: tracking of ongoing activity within Salesforce and related presentation material for senior leadership on a weekly/monthly ongoing basis
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with a SaaS company or in a technology integrations environment strongly preferred
- Experience in an accelerated growth start up environment
- Previous experience in a matrix management organization
