  • Have strong knowledge of regulatory environments in the US, India, the UK, and Costa Rica, as well as experience with remote work compliance and support
  • Have demonstrated success in scaling HR operations in a fast-paced, global environment, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes such as employee engagement, retention rates, or cost efficiencies
  • Possess exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to decision-making
  • Are experienced in leading HR teams, driving continuous improvement, advancing DEI initiatives, and implementing large-scale change management
  • Have the ability to lead strategic conversations with senior leadership and make impactful HR decisions that align with business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of global HR operations and workplace services strategies that align with business goals, drive employee engagement, and promote a unified culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (e.g., GTM, Finance, Operations) to implement HR strategies that directly impact key business outcomes such as talent acquisition, retention, and cost efficiencies
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless HR operations and administrative functions across multiple locations, including compliance with local labor laws, remote work support, and optimizing safety protocols
  • Drive transformative workplace experience initiatives, optimizing support for both office-based and remote workers, including facilities management, safety protocols, well-being programs, and hybrid work models
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of HR operations and workplace services professionals, fostering an inclusive culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and aligns with organizational values
  • Manage the HR technology ecosystem (HRIS, ATS, PMS, and other tools), ensuring data integrity and leveraging analytics to drive HR strategies, identify trends, and measure the impact of HR initiatives on business outcomes
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, integrating these principles into HR practices and workplace services, while leading change management efforts and organizational transformations with effective communication
  • Act as a hands-on problem solver, implementing best practices to simplify, automate, and optimize HR processes. Demonstrate the ability to address complex HR challenges while maintaining a focus on innovative solutions
