Requirements

• Familiarity with HubSpot or ConvertKit (Kit) is essential; experience in workflow automation and audience segmentation
• Strong writing skills with a knack for clear, engaging, and persuasive language tailored to different audiences
• Knowledge of design principles and experience in creating visually compelling email layouts
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights
• A meticulous approach to quality and accuracy in both content and design
• Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Write, design, and send a high-quality email newsletter weekly in English
• Curate and manage the email database, segmenting lists by relevant audience verticals to deliver personalized content
• Develop and execute specialized campaigns tailored to each audience’s interests, needs, and behaviors
• Leverage HubSpot or ConvertKit (now Kit) to manage email lists, build workflows, and optimize campaign performance
• Apply design principles to create visually appealing newsletters focused on driving engagement and conversions
• Establish automated workflows to efficiently manage subscribers, including welcome emails, nurturing sequences, and other automated communications
• Monitor key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), analyze performance, and implement improvements to enhance future campaigns
