Responsibilities

• Own logistics and vendor management for in-person and virtual events
• Research and provide recommendations of venues and vendors for event programs
• Develop comprehensive event processes (list management, invitation strategy, workback calendars) to ensure smooth execution of conferences and events
• Manage event platforms and technologies to ensure seamless online experiences
• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and adherence to financial guideline
• Monitor and analyze event metrics to assess effectiveness and implement improvements. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
