Join our team as an Event Producer to successfully execute event builds and productions for key agency clients in a contractor/freelance position.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an events agency or event production role
- Good financial acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office/Word
- Very strong attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activities
Responsibilities
- Manage client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation
- Manage campaign timelines and implementation plans
- Liaise with clients/stakeholders to manage project expectations
- Manage client account administration in a professional and timely manner, ensuring deadlines are managed and met
- Coordinate with internal Creative and Production teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns, time management, and deliverables
- Provide regular updates on project deliverables to senior members of the team
- Prepare and manage campaign budgets, ongoing reconciliations with client/suppliers/stakeholders with sign off and approval from an Account Director
- Liaise with suppliers to source and track campaign costs
- Build strong relationships and regularly liaise with your assigned
- Attend client meetings
