Remote Event Producer

Summary

Join our team as an Event Producer to successfully execute event builds and productions for key agency clients in a contractor/freelance position.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an events agency or event production role
• Good financial acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office/Word
• Very strong attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of experiential marketing campaigns/activities

Responsibilities

• Manage client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation
• Manage campaign timelines and implementation plans
• Liaise with clients/stakeholders to manage project expectations
• Manage client account administration in a professional and timely manner, ensuring deadlines are managed and met
• Coordinate with internal Creative and Production teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns, time management, and deliverables
• Provide regular updates on project deliverables to senior members of the team
• Prepare and manage campaign budgets, ongoing reconciliations with client/suppliers/stakeholders with sign off and approval from an Account Director
• Liaise with suppliers to source and track campaign costs
• Build strong relationships and regularly liaise with your assigned
• Attend client meetings
