Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a rapidly-changing environment, like a high-growth startup
  • Sales and/or Operations experience is key
  • Exceptional communicator

Responsibilities

  • Lead our launch and development of new markets
  • Learn extremely quickly and resourcefully, translate learnings into action, and communicate exceptionally well with homeowners, contractors, and our team
  • Conduct initial research, prepare for entry, launch, post-launch scale and success in new markets
  • Solve problems covering things like system sales, rebate programs, marketing customization, local housing characteristics, contractor partnerships, operational processes, revenue goals, unit economic goals, customer/contractor satisfaction goals
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to iterate and improve go-to-market approach and operational execution
  • Help hire and ramp up first Sales and Operations hires in each new market
