Requirements

• At least 3 years of direct experience with planning, executing, and managing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events
• Proven track record of successful vendor management and negotiation
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing budgets, with a proven ability to deliver events and marketing campaigns within allocated financial resources

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing events, conferences, and tradeshows
• Repurpose global marketing campaigns for the EMEA market, ensuring messaging, tactics, and channels are adapted to resonate with local audiences
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the marketable lead database across the EMEA region
• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute event logistics and regional marketing activities
• Provide input on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the EMEA region to refine marketing strategies
• Work closely with the global marketing team, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between local and global efforts
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of regional campaigns and events, providing insights for continuous improvement
