Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or business analysis, with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and delivering results in dynamic environments
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Marketing or a related field; an MBA in a relevant discipline is a plus but not required
  • Experience with SaaS companies and/or management consulting; familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is a bonus
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and ability to extract insights from large sets of data
  • Strong business acumen and intuition, essential for proactively partnering with stakeholders across the company to support strategic initiatives
  • Ability to adapt and maintain high-quality standards in a complex and evolving environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility under pressure
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting, managing tight deadlines, and prioritizing multiple tasks efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Process Streamlining: Eliminate inefficiencies in marketing operations, sales technology, and lead lifecycle management
  • Lead Scoring and Campaigns: Refine lead scoring, account targeting, and campaign list-building for better precision
  • SLAs and Automation: Manage SLAs and automate lead follow-up processes to improve response times
  • Sales Plays and Upsell Programs: Develop sales plays and upsell programs to generate incremental revenue
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to meet business objectives
  • Data-Driven Growth: Use data insights to improve pipeline efficiency and track key performance metrics
  • Performance Monitoring: Report KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership for continuous optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in slide deck creation, defining analytical strategy, and building out operating cadences preferred
  • Experience in product management and product analytics is a bonus
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce is a plus
