Remote Head of Pipeline Generation and Sales Enablement

Summary

Join Endor Labs as an experienced Generation and Sales Enablement leader to develop, implement, and optimize pipeline generation strategies while equipping the sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to succeed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, pipeline generation, demand generation, or a similar role within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing lead generation and sales enablement strategies
• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market, products, and trends
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience supporting cross-functional teams and aligning efforts across departments
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive pipeline generation strategy focused on acquiring high-quality leads and moving them through the sales funnel
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns, content, and strategies to increase qualified leads
• Build and execute an end-to-end sales enablement strategy that empowers sales teams with effective training, tools, and content to increase deal velocity and win rates
• Develop and maintain a library of sales materials (playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, etc.) aligned with the company’s product offerings and go-to-market strategies
• Work closely with sales leadership to identify challenges, optimize sales performance, and align pipeline generation strategies with revenue goals
