Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering in a high-growth environment, preferably within the tech industry
• Strong understanding of employee development, performance management, and employee relations
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and leverage insights for strategic decision-making

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with People leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective, customized retention strategies to each of their team and reports unique situations, ensuring we retain top talent
• Identify training and development needs, and create programs to foster employee growth and career progression
• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and a culture of continuous feedback
• Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies to promote a positive work environment
• Drive initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with our core values and mission
• Utilize data to track HR performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes that may impact the organization
