Join our team as an Intake Specialist and be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support in both English and Spanish. Guide clients through the intake process, scheduling consultations with lawyers. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver accurate information to ensure a positive client experience. You will handle inbound calls, manage high call volumes, and adapt to varying work hours. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling options, available part-time or full-time.

Requirements

• Proven Customer Service Skills: A track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Language Proficiency: Advanced communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Flexible Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Call Center Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly in voice campaigns

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries in both English and Spanish, providing clear and accurate information about our services
• Guide clients through the intake process, with the ultimate goal of scheduling consultations with lawyers
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly, escalating cases as necessary to ensure satisfaction
• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage high call volumes while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor
• Adapt to varying work hours and shift requirements as needed
