Requirements

  • Availability for a 6-month full-time internship
  • Previous experience in B2B Customer Service, Marketing or Sales
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL are highly valued
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Eager to learn and grow

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical requests that 1st-level agents are unable to handle
  • Provide support with partner-related requests or issues
  • Review CRM conversations to ensure they are properly handled
  • Filter and determine which technical requests require escalation
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate stakeholders to implement improvement actions
  • Actively participate in projects aimed at improving the partner experience
