Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist, with a strong focus on MacBook systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure MacBook laptops for new hires
• Assist with day-to-day IT support, including managing IT tickets and troubleshooting technical issues
• Collaborate with the development team, tech directors, and employees across the company to resolve hardware and software problems
• Provide both in-person and remote IT support as needed
• Maintain up-to-date records of IT systems and hardware inventory
