Requirements
- C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills
- At least 3 years of proven experience and a successful track record in B2B lead generation
- Strong understanding of data analysis and process optimization to drive performance
- Proficiency in using systems and tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Google Sheets, Airtable, Apollo (or similar) and CRM systems for lead generation and data management
- Experience managing and building high-performing teams
Responsibilities
- Own and manage all aspects of the lead generation process across multiple channels (cold email, cold calling, direct mail, etc.)
- Audit, optimize, and scale existing prospecting processes to maximize efficiency and conversions
- Continuously analyze lead generation performance, utilizing data to drive improvements and identify new growth opportunities
- Develop and manage comprehensive reporting systems to track and assess lead generation outcomes and make strategic adjustments
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing B2B lead generation team to ensure consistent quality and innovation in tactics
- Ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams, optimizing lead handover processes to maximize sales pipeline efficiency
