Requirements

  • Project management acumen, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience - you’re skilled in working with Product, Design, and Sales to achieve shared goals

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy to reach prospects and customers at various stages of their customer journey with engaging and personalized campaigns
  • Identify and prioritize the most effective channels and triggers to reach customers at the right time for the right reasons
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop hypotheses, run tests, identify key insights, and automate the most effective strategies to drive growth
  • Manage end-to-end campaign creation for responsible channels, including audience building, link setup, segmentation, and content development
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on MRR contribution and impact
  • Maintain detailed documentation of campaigns and programs to effectively communicate customer journey touchpoints to stakeholders
  • Analyze customer behavior data and provide insights on channel performance to improve communication, optimize the customer journey, and increase lifetime value

Job description

7shifts is an all-in-one team management software platform designed for the restaurant industry. We’re used by 1 in 10 restaurant workers and over 50,000 restaurants across North America. As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and implementing 7shifts’ lifecycle marketing strategy across all channels (Email, Push, In App, SMS, and more). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you’ll take a product-led approach to creating content that resonates with prospects and customers to drive pay attachment and adoption at each stage of their journey with 7shifts, as we cultivate our vision to be the leading workforce management partner to restaurants.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop the strategy to reach prospects and customers at various stages of their customer journey with engaging and personalized campaigns to help 7shifts meet Payroll and Tips Management revenue goals
  • Identify and prioritize the most effective channels and triggers to reach customers at the right time for the right reasons, while collaborating with the marketing team to craft consistent, compelling messaging in alignment with the 7shifts brand and product positioning
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop hypotheses, run tests, identify key insights, and automate the most effective strategies to drive growth
  • Manage end-to-end campaign creation for responsible channels, including audience building, link setup, segmentation, and content development

What you bring:
