• Technical Know-How: Familiarity with Windows OS, databases, IP protocols, scripting tools, and voice-over-IP systems is essential to your success
• Project Management: Your ability to coordinate and manage projects in the tech space is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Success: Lead the pre-sales process for our Contact Center solutions by working closely with customers to gather their requirements and craft solutions that meet their unique needs
• Deliver Winning Proposals: Create compelling responses to RFI, RFQ, and public tenders that demonstrate the value of Broadvoice’s technology
• Engage in Solution Presentations: Showcase your technical expertise by delivering impactful presentations that illustrate the capabilities of our Contact Center solutions
• Shape Future Solutions: Identify new features and innovations needed to stay ahead in the evolving Contact Center landscape
