Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify inbound leads to determine their fit and readiness for the sales process
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with leads through various communication channels, providing relevant information and resources
- Communication: Effectively communicate with leads through phone calls, emails, and other channels to understand their needs and educate them on the company's products or services
- Information Gathering: Gather essential information about leads, such as budget, timeline, and decision-making process, to assist the sales team in the next stages of the sales cycle
- Collaboration: work closely with Sales & Marketing to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and refine lead generation and follow-up strategies based on feedback and performance analysis
- Reporting: Keep detailed records of interactions with leads and provide regular reports on lead qualification and conversion metrics
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance performance
- Leveraging and mastering various tools, systems and applications that the broader sales teams use or have access to, including zoom info, salesforce, outreach, sales navigator and other tools that may come into use
