Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management
  • Strong network with Agri/Food suppliers (Farmers/Growers, Processors & Manufacturers, Distributors)
  • Native-level speaker of English
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up
  • Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong business acumen, creative thinking and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate marketplace customer (seller) leads
  • Qualify prospects, contact, negotiate, and close deals
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers (sellers)
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Continuously monitor the latest trends in the food and agriculture industries
