Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management
- Strong network with Agri/Food suppliers (Farmers/Growers, Processors & Manufacturers, Distributors)
- Native-level speaker of English
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up
- Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong business acumen, creative thinking and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate marketplace customer (seller) leads
- Qualify prospects, contact, negotiate, and close deals
- Build strong relationships with suppliers (sellers)
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Continuously monitor the latest trends in the food and agriculture industries
