Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan processes from A to Z
- Manage the process of transportation and installation
- Create a personal vision for customer satisfaction and excellent customer experience along the entire after-sales journey
- Be the first point of contact for B2B customers and provide support in all communication aspects and questions related to delivery, installation, and complaints
- Take over the development and maintenance of a robust, fast, and reliable order process in ERP
- Contribute to process optimization through holistic analysis and cross-functional optimization
- Support interdisciplinary projects in the areas of operations, automation, customer, and partner management
- Work with various interfaces to develop customer-oriented solutions and continuously improve customer experience
