Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Expertise in sales technology and CRM systems, with HubSpot experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on process improvement and optimization
Responsibilities
- Assess and improve the efficiency of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and implement standardized sales processes, workflows, and best practices
- Continuously analyze and optimize the sales pipeline to increase conversion rates
- Maintain and develop sales data analytics and reporting systems
- Generate regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales strategies
- Oversee the selection and implementation of sales technology and tools, including CRM and sales enablement platforms
- Ensure the sales team is effectively trained and utilizing these tools to maximize productivity
- Work closely with sales representatives to maintain data integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and budgets
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust as needed to ensure success
- Lead sales training and onboarding programs to improve team skills and product knowledge
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align strategies and improve customer experiences
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, communicating needs and feedback
- Document and maintain sales processes and procedures for reference and training purposes
- Ensure consistency and adherence to established sales protocols
