Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Expertise in sales technology and CRM systems, with HubSpot experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on process improvement and optimization

Responsibilities

  • Assess and improve the efficiency of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Develop and implement standardized sales processes, workflows, and best practices
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the sales pipeline to increase conversion rates
  • Maintain and develop sales data analytics and reporting systems
  • Generate regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and insights
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance sales strategies
  • Oversee the selection and implementation of sales technology and tools, including CRM and sales enablement platforms
  • Ensure the sales team is effectively trained and utilizing these tools to maximize productivity
  • Work closely with sales representatives to maintain data integrity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and budgets
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust as needed to ensure success
  • Lead sales training and onboarding programs to improve team skills and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align strategies and improve customer experiences
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, communicating needs and feedback
  • Document and maintain sales processes and procedures for reference and training purposes
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to established sales protocols
