Requirements

  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities and high volumes
  • Ability to learn and adopt the use of technology systems and software applications
  • Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy
  • Proficient knowledge and use of Google Drive, Microsoft Office and advanced complexities of features

Responsibilities

  • Work with the insurance leadership team to complete operational duties including: Verify clients property and casualty insurance coverage to support account maintenance including processing renewals, issue evidence of property, casualty identification cards
  • Utilize multiple sources to data and SOP’s to provide a consistent output
  • Act as a primary point of contact for servicing teams to facilitate client onboarding
  • Optimizing SalesForce data to ensure Service Level Agreements are consistently met
  • Executing on Operational projects within established framework
  • Assist with miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a team leader or senior team member in charge of a major function
  • Ability to train, delegate, provide oversight and give feedback
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education, training, or experience

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for company-wide support for post-bind support activities reporting into the Central Operations Manager. The person in this position will play a key role in Newfront’s growth and success by entering accurate client information into Newfront’s proprietary software and partner with property and casualty service team members to set up client data for post-bind support activities. Export data for reporting purposes, ensuring KPI’s are met consistently and acting as the single point of contact for servicing teams in onboarding new clients and ongoing account support.

This position is an hourly, non-exempt, and full-time role and will be reporting to the Director of Central Operations. This is a US based hybrid or remote role (required to work until 4pm PST M-F), with the option to work from any of Newfront’s office locations. Will be considered hybrid if living within 25 miles of a Newfront office location. #LI-Remote

$50,000 - $65,000 a year

The pay range for this position in California, Washington, Colorado and New York at commencement of employment is expected to be between $50,000 and $65,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
