Remote Outbound Coordinator

Summary

Join a team of passionate individuals at Sword Health, where technology meets empathetic patient care. We're seeking a driven Concierge Coordinator to educate members on the benefits of our program and help them engage with our digital physical therapy services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of inside sales experience preferred
• Experience in cold calling, call center is preferred
• Ability to navigate across technology platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Place 100+ outbound calls to members and respond to inbound members inquiries
• Speak with prospective members and show them the benefit of enrolling in Sword’s digital physical therapy services
• Troubleshoot and follow up with members to help them enroll
• Provide concierge-level service with every member we connect with and establish a successful rapport to instill trust in our team
• Proactively communicate the benefits and the value of our service with every member you contact
• Collect and maintain accurate notes in our data system
• Follow up in a timely way with members and other team members
• Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets
