Requirements

  • Proven experience in scaling paid ad campaigns, particularly Facebook and YouTube, with budgets exceeding $1 million per month
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-ticket sales funnels and implementing direct response marketing strategies
  • Strong ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team of marketing professionals
  • Deep understanding of the financial landscape, investment-related offers, and familiarity with the AGORA style of financial publishing
  • A meticulous approach to all aspects of marketing, ensuring that campaigns are executed with precision and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid ad strategies across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, and other emerging channels
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve ad performance, targeting, and ROI
  • Experiment with new creative approaches, targeting tactics, and ad formats to stay ahead of market trends
  • Create, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns with a focus on high-ticket funnels, aiming to generate consistent monthly revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using insights to make data-informed decisions and improve future strategies
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and call-to-actions for maximum conversion rates
  • Work collaboratively with our in-house marketing team and external experts to leverage additional skills and knowledge
  • Identify and train team members in advanced paid media techniques to ensure we maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace
  • Manage and allocate the advertising budget to maximize ROI while achieving cost-efficient customer acquisition
  • Track, report, and analyze the performance of all paid marketing campaigns and recommend ways to improve on key metrics
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies to target our ideal customers (American males aged 45+), tailoring campaigns to resonate with this demographic
  • Utilize advanced targeting and retargeting techniques to reach new potential customers and nurture existing leads through the sales funnel
