Requirements
- Proven Benefits Brokerage Experience: You are an experienced Benefits Broker with a successful track record of generating $500k to $2M in recurring revenue
- Growth-Oriented Sales Expertise: You thrive on new client acquisition and excel in developing long-term relationships that drive consistent revenue growth
- Strategic & Consultative Mindset: You have significant expertise in designing and delivering customized benefits solutions to employer groups of 50-5,000 employees
- Deep Knowledge of the New York Benefits Market: You bring substantial experience managing benefits programs for employer groups in the California area and understand the regionβs benefits landscape
Responsibilities
- Spearhead Nava's expansion by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the California market
- Act as a trusted consultant to employer groups, advising on benefits strategy and helping optimize their benefits solutions through customized, data-driven approaches
- Stay ahead of market trends, industry shifts, and emerging opportunities, using your deep understanding of the employee benefits landscape to position Nava as a leader in the market
- Collaborate closely with our Client Success team to ensure high retention rates and superior client satisfaction
