  • Expert in using dashboards, analytics tools, and financial systems to drive insights and operational improvements
  • Fluent in English and Russian

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the integration of new solutions with existing partners, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance
  • Work closely with business development managers to onboard new PSP companies, managing the end-to-end process of connecting them to our processing channels
  • Drive the scalability and capacity increase of existing solutions, ensuring efficient operations as the business grows
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive risk register for all current partners, ensuring proactive risk mitigation
  • Analyze conversion ratios, traffic quality, and partner performance to optimize processes and drive key business decisions
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards for merchant accounts, providing leadership with up-to-date insights on partner performance and account status
  • Lead the revision and negotiation of financial conditions, including processing rates, settlements, rolling reserves, and deposits to optimize partner agreements
  • Serve as the key point of contact for partners, addressing requests related to compliance, IPS, acquirers, and any other partner-related issues
  • Take ownership of resolving settlement delays, partner debts, and other operational challenges in a timely and strategic manner
  • Ensure all partner information is up-to-date, including volume limits, transactional software updates, and other relevant operational data
  • Collaborate with internal teams including risk, compliance, and finance to ensure alignment and smooth operational workflows across partner accounts
