We’re on the lookout for a passionate People & Culture Lead to join our amazing People team! You’ll be at the heart of creating an engaging, inclusive, and thriving work environment for our talented crew.

💎 Requirements: 4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner / People & Culture Lead, preferably in a software house environment. Proven ability to design and execute HR programs independently, strong interpersonal skills, and a knack for building relationships are key. We’re looking for someone adaptable, with experience working in dynamic, self-organized teams, who is community-minded and enjoys a flat organizational structure.

💰 Salary: 13 - 16 000 PLN net + VAT on B2B

What you’ll do:
