People Operations Specialist

Summary

Join Eye Security, a rapidly expanding international cybersecurity firm, as their People Operations Specialist! Based in Berlin with a hybrid work model, you'll support the international People & Talent team. Your responsibilities include overseeing employee support, managing HR operations across multiple locations (with a focus on Germany), developing HR programs and policies, optimizing processes and tools, and reporting on key metrics. This role requires prior experience in a high-growth, international tech scale-up, German payroll expertise, and fluency in English and German. Requirements

• Have experience working in high-growth, international tech scale ups, working with geographically distributed teams
• Understand well German payroll and administrative processed, ideally have experience with other locations within Europe
• Be a self-starter, with a “can-do” attitude and thrive in a growth/scale-up environment
• Know how to build things for scale, and be not afraid to create things from scratch
• Be fluent in English (C1/C2) and German (C2)
• Be open to work in a hybrid model in Berlin (mostly work remotely) and can travel internationally (est. 1 x per quarter)

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee support ensuring fast and efficient turn-around and best-in-class employee experience
• Handle HR Operations for all locations with primary focus on Germany: Employee records & employment documentations, Benefits & Leaves administration, payroll, Administrative onboarding and offboarding, Payroll, Policies
• Identify trends, create programs and policies (where relevant) and help bring them to life
• Bring a scientist approach to tooling and processes, innovate where these should be automated and standardized to maximize employee experience
• Identify and implement key metrics to monitor and report on employee questions and on your team’s efficiency
• Monitor and report on policy usage & trends
