As a leading international provider in the field of mobile mapping and AI, Cyclomedia has been working with customers in municipal administration, energy supply, and telecommunication for more than 40 years. Based on three-dimensional 360° panoramic images, LiDAR data, and so-called data insights, our customers are able to digitize, network, and automate internal processes and thus work in a more environmentally friendly and innovative manner.

The use of Cyclomedia solutions extends, for example, from the initialization of urban mobility concepts, network planning, and expansion as part of the energy transition to the planning and implementation of nationwide broadband expansion.

We are expanding our business in the DACH region and are looking for sales support as soon as possible!

Your area of ​​responsibility

• Close collaboration with our sales team, the respective project manager, and product development

• Technical processing of tenders

• Preparation and execution of customer presentations

• Carrying out web seminars and user training courses

• First-level customer support (proprietary applications and programming interfaces)

• Communication in the international support team (second level)

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team, negotiation skills and presentation skills

• Independent work, good organization and creativity

• Customer and goal-oriented mindset

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and German)

• Good MS Office knowledge
