Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-3 years product marketing experience (specific experience at a software company is a major plus)
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. The PMM role sits within the Marketing team, but interfaces often with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Proven project management skills, attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Excellent writing skills and proven experience in producing product-focused content
  • Experience in crafting creative messaging, tailored to the needs of the market
  • Strong analytic and creative problem-solving skills
  • Thought leadership among peers on direction, issues and initiatives related to customer acquisition and engagement
  • Excellent service and communication to other teams in the company

Responsibilities

  • Each PMM owns marketing for a specific set of Entrata products and is responsible to work with product management teams to facilitate and create marketing collateral for those products
  • Partner with product teams and other departments (Sales & Customer Success) to develop captivating lead-gen initiatives and campaigns
  • Drive market leadership in the multifamily space through the messaging and positioning of our platform and associated products
  • Identify and execute on breakthrough product marketing activities that set our products apart
  • Research, develop, and write content for the website, brochures and all other marketing campaign assets
  • Perform competitive research to help drive product positioning and identify differentiators
  • Assist in managing sales enablement and adoption programs
  • Manage the planning and execution of product content for Entrata customer events. Assist Events team in some logistical preparations and details

Product Marketing at Entrata owns positioning, messaging, customer development and the overall go-to-market strategy for products within the Entrata Operating System. This PMM role collaborates with an excellent team of marketing and product managers in crafting & developing compelling messages, tools and content (presentations, case studies, product videos, customer success stories, thought leadership, etc.) in support of the sales and management teams.

Responsibilities:
