  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with partners and teams
  • Have 2+ years of sales experience in construction sales or construction SaaS sales
  • Be willing to do the required travel at least twice per month to meet partners and nurture relationships
  • Reside permanently and currently in the U.S

Responsibilities

  • Identify new growth opportunities within existing partnerships for expansion, cross-selling, and deeper integration into their network
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic partnerships, fostering strong, long-term relationships and leading the execution of joint go-to-market strategies to drive mutual growth and success
  • Work closely with partners to understand their business goals, challenges and priorities through monthly or quarterly alignment meetings, ensuring continued focus on shared objectives
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for partners and their teams on product offerings, sales processes, and marketing strategies
  • Manage ongoing contract renewals, adjustments, and expansions as needed
  • Monitor partner performance metrics such as sales and customer satisfaction to provide strategic guidance and support
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with broader company goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Live in Texas or Florida, as many of our partners are based in these regions
  • Have 1+ years of experience with partner/channel relations
  • Are proficient in technology tools such as SalesForce CRM, Google Workspace, and Slack

Benefits

  • This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our salary range is $70,000 - $80,000 and is based on experience
  • Our average on target earnings (OTE) are around $104,000 and our commission is uncapped
  • We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits
