Requirements

• Ability to multi-task
• Proactive in project planning and requirements gathering
• Excellent English communication skills, especially written
• Proficiency in mobile and/or web application testing
• Programming skills applied to test automation
• Experience with FE and BE automation testing frameworks such as Cypress and Postman
• Test case design
• Test data management
• Test automation design patterns
• Experience in KPis monitoring and DORA metrics
• Comfortable with version control tools and CI processes using tools like Github, Jenkins, Jira
• Documentation tools such as Confluence
• Critical thinking

Responsibilities

• Drive the quality strategy and execution across multiple development teams
• Mentor and support QA engineers, establish standards, and promote test-driven development
• Measure continuous improvement with KPIs and metrics, with the ultimate goal of delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations
