Summary

Join Samsara's Customer Success team and play a key role in advising and guiding customers to adopt Samsara products and continuously gain business value. As a Renewal Customer Experience Owner, you will own the auto-renewal component of Samsara's customer journey, build out processes, A/B test, de-escalate customers, proactively reach out and negotiate with at-risk customers, and report progress to senior-level audiences.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, account management, sales operations, or other customer-facing positions
  • Fluency in French
  • High level of interest in the IoT space
  • Excitement around growing a sales career
  • Motivated to be in a goal-oriented, quota-carrying role
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
  • Strong organizational skills and business judgment with the ability to handle projects end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to accommodate client needs for renewal
  • Own the auto-renewal component of Samsara’s customer journey
  • Organize, prioritize, and improve auto-renewal processes to maximize revenue and a positive customer experience
  • Communicate patterns and guide process improvement projects with Renewals Leadership
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
