Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in automotive, trucking, or fleet management industries
- Strong understanding of automotive logistics, fleet management, or dealership operations
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and excel in a flexible, start-up environment
- Extensive networking within the trucking and fleet sectors
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Creative approach to SaaS sales and a strong understanding of customer needs analysis
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business within the automotive, trucking, and fleet management industries, including OEMs, dealerships, and rental partners
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific business needs to offer tailored solutions
- Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of our client's services and solutions, articulating their unique value to clients in the automotive and trucking spaces
- Surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing strategic selling, managing pipelines effectively, and negotiating successfully
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends, anticipate customer needs, and spot new opportunities
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth solution implementation
- Maintain thorough records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and detailed proposals to prospective clients
