Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospects
  • Conduct scheduled prospect meetings, effectively positioning n8n's value
  • Reach out to warm leads via email and social media to build rapport
  • Qualify leads over the phone and uncover potential for further discussions
  • Build pipeline with outbound efforts
  • Create outbound campaigns that target strategic accounts
  • Research accounts and identify decision-makers and champions within organizations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging that resonates with prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM
  • Track your outreach metrics to ensure progress toward quarterly targets
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on prospect engagement
  • Work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and the broader sales team to transition qualified leads
  • Develop strategies with Marketing to increase conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs
  • Learn from cross-functional teams to build product knowledge and sales expertise

Job description

Your main goal will be to drive pipeline and help build n8n’s SDR playbook to fuel growth. You will be the front line of our sales efforts, connecting with potential customers and qualifying opportunities that turn into revenue for the business.

To do so, here are your key responsibilities:

1- Engage with prospects

💬 Conduct scheduled prospect meetings, effectively positioning n8n’s value

📧 Reach out to warm leads via email and social media to build rapport

📞 Qualify leads over the phone and uncover potential for further discussions

2- Build pipeline with outbound efforts

📈 Create outbound campaigns that target strategic accounts

🔍 Research accounts and identify decision-makers and champions within organizations

🤝 Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging that resonates with prospects

3- Administration & Reporting

📝 Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in CRM

📊 Track your outreach metrics to ensure progress toward quarterly targets

📑 Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on prospect engagement

4- Collaboration with the sales team

🤝 Work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and the broader sales team to transition qualified leads
