Join Activy's expanding Spanish team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and contribute to the company's growth in the Spanish market. Based remotely, or with an advantage if located in Barcelona, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities. Your responsibilities include identifying potential clients, contacting leads, scheduling sales meetings, performing analyses, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams. Requirements
- Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SDR or in other sales-related activities
- Experience in building contact databases
- Experience running cold mailing campaigns
- Analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and attention to detail
- Resourcefulness, responsibility, and independence
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
- Ability to plan projects and manage your own work
- Willingness to learn and develop, with a high level of proactivity
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients to generate new business opportunities for the company
- Contact and qualify leads through cold mailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings (after prior training)
- Perform analyses, draw conclusions, and propose solutions, as well as craft effective messages and identify the best outreach channels
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to develop strategies for achieving goals
- Use CRM systems (HubSpot) to manage contact databases, sales activities, and create new contact lists
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Phantombuster, HubSpot
- Copywriting skills for crafting concise texts and helping marketing team
- Experience in the B2B sector, especially in HR
