Requirements

  • SFDC experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven track record in inside sales or sales development roles, preferably within the cybersecurity or technology sector

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and decision-makers within the cybersecurity space through research and outbound prospecting efforts
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling activities to engage with prospects and generate interest in our cybersecurity solutions
  • Qualify leads and opportunities based on predetermined criteria and effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their challenges, goals, and pain points, positioning our solutions as the ideal fit
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with qualified leads, ensuring smooth handoff and transition
  • Utilize CRM tools to accurately track and document lead interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progression
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively articulate our value proposition and differentiate our offerings
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Passion for cybersecurity and a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry developments
  • Startup mentality with the adaptability and resilience to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward in a dynamic environment
