Summary

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets and working independently - energy industry experience is a plus
  • Fluent ability in English and Hungarian to work with Sympower employees and contact local Hungarian leads
  • Excitement for growth in B2B SaaS sales and contribute to a more sustainable future!
  • Communicate articulately both over the phone and in written format (e.g., email, LinkedIn, Slack, etc.)
  • You enjoy making calls and spending part of your day on the phone, email, and social media
  • Experience or a strong willingness to learn technical sales tools such as HubSpot Sales Hub, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall, Clay, etc

Responsibilities

  • Use Hubspot to manage inbound leads effectively, proactively initiating conversations, and identifying and qualifying potential customers
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, and social selling
  • Use social media, particularly LinkedIn, for thought leadership, engaging with our ICP, and creating and sharing content
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development Director to identify potential customers and target industries
  • Build relationships and stay updated on trends by attending events and tradeshows
