Requirements
- Experience working as a Sales or Business Development Representative, or similar role, within a Sales Organization of a SaaS company
- Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the hiring landscape
- Ability to tailor messaging to prospective clients via written and verbal communication
- High degree of attention to detail and ability to prioritize time to meet weekly deadlines
- A university degree or relevant work experience
- A motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented nature
- The ability to form strong business relationships through consultative sales approaches
- Business development success through effective use of core sales tools such as: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, Tableau, ZoomInfo, Google Apps, Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate concisely
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, multitask, and work independently
- Growth mindset with the ability to work through ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from various channels
- Prospect for new business, determine if sales leads are qualified, and schedule sales meetings for Account Executive teams
- Make outbound calls, send emails and social touches to prospects who have expressed interest in learning more or would like to see a demo of the SeekOut platform
- Evaluate propensity to buy and forward qualified potential leads to the Enterprise Account Executives to pursue
- Schedule discovery appointments between prospects and Account Executives
- Share information about SeekOut and ask questions about the prospect's hiring tools and needs
- Record prospect information in CRM database (Salesforce)
