Responsibilities

  • Promote OTELINOX made stainless steel coils/strips to the North American market
  • Marketing: Visit and have business discussions with new and existing customers
  • Liaise between customer, sales team in Samsung German office and Samsung American office, as well as production facility in Romania
  • Key Account Management
  • Build up new market: Challenge to search, call and visit new customers
  • Prepare contracts and documents for business discussion with customers
  • Take orders/forecasts/complaints and information from customers
  • Check and support payments and VOC collection
  • Enhance after sales activities and follow up orders
  • Transfer information, trends, requests from customers and market to the team, provide suggestions for action and decision
  • Support budgeting by planning monthly/quarterly and yearly sales and reports on forecast monthly/quarterly

- Promote OTELINOX made stainless steel coils/strips to the North American market

- Marketing: Visit and have business discussions with new and existing customers
