Job description

We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to inbound sales and handle outbound sales calls to US companies posting senior positions, utilizing their consultative skills to develop and maintain client relationships. We are seeking an A-Player who is ready to embrace the unique challenges and opportunities of this role and grow with our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target companies posting senior positions that align with our service offerings
  2. Conduct high-level sales calls to decision-makers, demonstrating the value of our services
  3. Employ a consultative approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  4. Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business

Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
