Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years in the medical devices industry, specifically in the sale of high-value capital for imaging and/or therapy equipment to hospitals
  • A strong track record in large capital sales and business closure, ideally involving disruptive technologies
  • In-depth understanding of market dynamics in areas such as Neurosurgery, Neurology, and/or Radiology
  • A robust professional network within relevant healthcare sectors is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for orders, treatments, and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your territory that align with corporate goals and marketing strategy
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations to key clients and strategic accounts, showcasing InSightec’s unique value propositions
  • Act as the face of InSightec at industry congresses and meetings to enhance product visibility and market presence
  • Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to strengthen brand credibility and drive sustainable growth
  • Prepare regular sales reports using CRM tools, highlighting sales volume, potential growth areas, and strategies for client base expansion
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in business development is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales management is advantageous
