- Strong leadership and management skills

- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive Sales Operations at Mark43 to ensure systems and processes are in place to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and communication within the team and company
- Support global field sales teams with activities related to sales processes, GTBM policies, sales tools, data integrity, dashboards, reporting, process improvements and efficiencies across lead to cash process
- Support Sales Leadership with forecasting, sales performance metrics, tools adoption and data hygiene. Includes leading and running cadences around forecasting, sales performance management metrics, pipeline reviews, and territory planning
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales Services, Marketing, Sales Enablement, Finance, Product, and Account Management departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and drive global growth
- Oversee the Salesforce CRM and other sales tools to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance and productivity
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the public safety market ecosystem
- Advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in Excel and Salesforce; Proficiency in Hubspot, sales forecasting tools, PowerBI (or other advanced data analytics)
