Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a consulting or solutions-oriented environment
• Strong understanding of current digital technologies and trends
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with project scoping and estimation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations
• Experience working remotely

Responsibilities

• Technical Solution Design: Analyze client needs and design custom digital solutions
• Client SME: In collaboration with the Sales Lead act as a trusted technical advisor to clients
• Sales Support: Actively participate in sales meetings and pitches
• Proposal Development Develop technical sections of sales proposals
• Internal Collaboration Work closely with Sales Leads & Delivery Leads to bridge the gap and ensure proposal efficacy, and ease of transition to delivery phases
• Technical Discovery Conduct thorough technical assessments of client environments
• Post-sales Involvement Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
