  • Technical Discovery Conduct thorough technical assessments of client environments
  • Post-sales Involvement Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams

The Role

As a Sales Solution Architect at Servant, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients’ business needs. You will work closely with our sales team to design and propose tailored digital solutions, leveraging your technical expertise to support the entire sales process.

Responsibilities:

Technical Solution Design: Analyze client needs and design custom digital solutions. Create detailed technical proposals and project scopes. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.

Client SME: In collaboration with the Sales Lead act as a trusted technical advisor to clients. Educate clients on emerging technologies and industry trends. Build and maintain strong client relationships through technical expertise.

Sales Support: Actively participate in sales meetings and pitches. Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. Translate client requirements into actionable project plans. Assist in identifying upsell opportunities within existing clients.

Product Management Demonstration:

  • Showcase the differentiator of the product management process

  • Prepare and deliver successful case studies of the product management Process

  • Proposal Development

    • Develop technical sections of sales proposals
    • Estimate project costs and timelines accurately
  • Internal Collaboration

    • Work closely with Sales Leads & Delivery Leads to bridge the gap and ensure proposal efficacy, and ease of transition to delivery phases.
    • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices
  • Technical Discovery

    • Conduct thorough technical assessments of client environments
    • Identify integration requirements and potential challenges
    • Document client’s current technical landscape
  • Post-sales Involvement

    • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
    • Provide technical guidance during project kickoff
    • Occasionally assist with troubleshooting or escalations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a consulting or solutions-oriented environment
  • Strong understanding of current digital technologies and trends
