Summary

Join our team at Bennie as a Senior Account Executive and focus on finding and selling net new clients to our brokerage book of business. You'll manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, leveraging our lead generation team, business development partners, and internal and inbound prospects.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of sales experience
  • Experience in the benefits market and knowledge to be able to speak to large groups on their health benefit programs
  • Licensed in Life and Health Insurance (or willing to get licensed)
  • Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to succeed in a work from home environment
  • Adaptability to new initiatives
  • CRM Experience

Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone, etc
  • Ability to target specific-sized companies by employee count, gross revenue, industry vertical, geography, or other means
  • Build and nurture business relationships to generate new business
  • Prepare and present Marketing, Analysis, and Recommendations
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations both internally and externally
  • Attend and participate in Finalist Meetings with the Bennie Team and Prospects/Customers
  • Perform outbound activities to build a revenue pipeline
  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Target key decision makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences
  • Network with Market influencers, other account Executives, Consultants and Partners
