  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage relationships across diverse teams and regions
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute region-specific ABM strategies aimed at engaging key accounts and decision-makers in EMEA
  • Work closely with sales and product marketing teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with account goals and regional priorities
  • Design and launch multi-channel ABM campaigns, including digital advertising, events, email, and content marketing, tailored to the cultural and market-specific needs of EMEA
  • Track and measure campaign effectiveness, providing regular analysis and reporting to optimize future initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment across the customer journey
  • Maintain awareness of local market trends, competitive activities, and ABM best practices to inform strategy and execution
  • Report on key performance metrics and campaign ROI to senior leadership and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

About the Role:

As a Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager for the EMEA territory, you will spearhead the development and execution of Demandbase’s ABM strategies to grow our presence in key European, Middle Eastern, and African markets. Collaborating closely with regional sales teams, product marketing, and customer success, you will drive targeted, data-driven campaigns that focus on engaging high-value accounts and progressing them through the sales pipeline. You will play a critical role in tailoring ABM initiatives to align with market nuances and the unique needs of enterprise clients across the EMEA region.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute region-specific ABM strategies aimed at engaging key accounts and decision-makers in EMEA.
