Requirements
- Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the cannabinoid industry
- Industry Connections: Established book of business with strong relationships in the cannabinoid sector
- Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of minor cannabinoids (CBD, CBG, Delta 8, etc.) and their applications
- B2B Experience: Experience selling ingredients or raw materials to manufacturers of finished goods
- Exceptional Skills: Superior communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities at all decision-making levels
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with high performance expectations
- Cultural Fit: Align with our 'business hippie' culture—professional yet laid-back, flexible, and community-oriented
Responsibilities
- Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales goals within assigned territories
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our customer base and market presence
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions
- Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to clients and the company
- Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
- Travel Commitment: Willingness to travel for training, client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required
