Join our Operations team as a Senior Business System Developer and play a key role in owning and optimizing our CRM system, troubleshooting technical issues, and designing solutions to improve core business systems.

Requirements

• Mid Developer with 3+ years of experience
• Proficient in NodeJS programming language
• Demonstrated experience with algorithm development and optimization
• Proven track record of successfully implementing bug fixes
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation
• Intermediate English and Fluent Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain our CRM system using Zoho Deluge, Python, NodeJS, and other relevant technologies
• Design and implement algorithms to optimize business processes and enhance system performance
• Perform bug fixes and troubleshoot issues in existing systems, ensuring a smooth and reliable operation
• Lead and manage the planning and execution of sprints, ensuring alignment with business objectives and deadlines
• Work with the team to plan and implement solutions that ensure a sustainable and robust business systems environment
• Provide coaching and support to junior developers, helping them grow technically and professionally
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for system processes, scripts, algorithms, and functions to ensure clarity and future maintainability
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and understandably
• Collaborate with team members and actively participate in asynchronous work environments
