Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of global program managers and project teams to develop and execute our most critical enablement programs for GTM performance
  • Develop a certification strategy for validating rep expertise and skill application
  • Collaborate across Enablement teams to enroll all functions and set clear priorities for program success
  • Stay on top of emerging selling & servicing trends to inform our approach and adapt our programs
  • Drive continuous program improvement through feedback loops, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • Foster strong partnerships with sales, marketing, product management, and customer success teams to align enablement programs with business objectives
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness and ROI for program performance
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on enablement strategies and initiatives

Senior Director, GTM Enablement Global Programs

Our GTM Enablement team supports 2600+ sales and customer success professionals driving revenue and growth at one of the fastest-growing publicly traded companies in the SaaS industry. We pride ourselves on being a reliable, real-time, and consistent resource for the Sales and Customer Success Teams and empower them to do their jobs more efficiently while growing their skill set and enabling HubSpot’s long term strategy.

We’re seeking a Senior Director of GTM Enablement Global Programs to lead our most critical programs for Sales & Customer Success team performance.  In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive enablement programs across our global organization. Your strategic leadership will ensure the seamless alignment of GTM methodologies, onboarding processes, and product training initiatives to drive employee productivity, customer outcomes, and revenue growth for HubSpot.

Cash compensation range: 241000-386000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
