Summary
Join StackAdapt's Solutions team as a Senior Lead of solutions (Measurement & Attribution) to develop and lead strategic growth initiatives within key verticals across programmatic advertising products.
Requirements
- 3 - 5+ years of relevant experience driving projects and building solutions within Measurement, Attribution, and/or Performance
- Prior experience with Multi-touch attribution (MTAs), Mixed-media Modelling (MMMs) Incrementality or similar tools, technologies, and concepts
- Strong understanding of the technical underpinnings to comfortably prescribe and manage technical requirements, jointly ideate on solutions with Data Science and Engineering, and investigate challenges
- Comfortable working with large sets of data to draw insights
- A proven track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Impeccable business judgment, along with an inclination to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the discovery, ideation, development, and design of next-gen, measurement, attribution, and performance capabilities and roadmap
- Serve as an SME externally and internally on all facets of Performance
- Articulate business challenges and corresponding solutions to the ELT and achieve alignment on project design, prioritization, and resourcing
- Work alongside key technical stakeholders such as Data Science and Engineering to architect solutions to address identified problem statements and use cases
- Drive client engagements, discovery interviews, and Proof-of-conceptss
- Troubleshoot technical performance challenges and discrepancies, accompanied by root-cause analysis and remediation approach
- Design and execute experiments to validate the hypothesis and work with Client Services and Marketing to scale solutions and best practices
- Engage in industry research to highlight best practices, current fit/gap, opportunities, and challenges
