Join us at Modernizing Medicine (ModMed) as we hire a driven Senior Manager, Digital Business to lead a growing team of IT and Enterprise Software Application professionals in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will ensure the effective delivery of Enterprise IT services, alignment with global IT strategies, and the successful execution of local IT projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Masterโ€™s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably in a global or multinational organization
  • 13+ years of progressive experience with IT and enterprise applications with 10+ years of progressive experience leading teams in these areas
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications including Netsuite and Salesforce, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional IT teams in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with budget management and cost optimization
  • Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance
  • Understanding of the local IT landscape and regulatory environment in India

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the IT and enterprise software application resources at our ModMed India site in Hyderabad, ensuring alignment with global IT and business strategies
  • Ensure the successful delivery of local IT projects, meeting quality, scope, and timeline requirements
  • Collaborate with global and regional IT teams to ensure consistent application of IT standards, policies, and best practices
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the IT and enterprise application teams
  • Manage and optimize the IT budget for the India site, ensuring cost-effective solutions and value for money
  • Develop and mentor local IT talent, promoting professional growth and skill development within the team
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters at the India site, ensuring timely and effective communication with global and regional leadership
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and partners
